# Featurevote > Featurevote is a feedback board where visitors vote with one click, with no account and no email. Product teams and communities collect feature requests, rank them by real demand, plan a roadmap, and announce what shipped with a changelog. Key facts: - Visitors vote with one click, with no account and no email. By default, posting a request or commenting asks for an email. The board's "Visitor email" setting can drop that too, so visitors post and comment with no email and the email box stays optional for anyone who wants to hear back. It can also go the other way and ask for an email before a vote counts. - Duplicate votes are limited with an anonymous per-browser token plus IP rate limits. This prevents everyday duplicates, not determined ballot-stuffing. - Boards run on their own subdomain with custom branding, can be embedded on any site with a widget, and support multiple languages. - Requests move through statuses (Requested, Planned, In Progress, Done) with a public roadmap view. When a request is marked done, the team can email the voters who left an email address, and a published changelog can be emailed to its subscribers. Each plan caps how many people one email can go to. - AI assists with seeding starter requests from a product URL, detecting duplicate requests at submission time, and translation. - Used by software teams as a feedback-and-roadmap loop, and by communities (Discord servers, clubs, member groups) as a shared list anyone can vote on. - A hosted MCP server at https://featurevote.app/api/mcp lets AI clients read a board and, if allowed, update it. Read only or read and write, chosen per connection. Included in every plan. - Short surveys ask visitors one question, a 1 to 5 rating or a poll of 2 to 5 options, on the board and in the widget. Answers need no account and show next to what each person voted for. Included in every plan. - Pricing: free plan with unlimited requests and votes from users, and the team manages 15 active requests at a time; Growth $9/month billed yearly or $12 monthly; Pro $29/month billed yearly or $35 monthly; Lifetime $239 once. Paid plans have no request limit. The free plan needs no credit card. Every docs page below is Markdown. Its web page is the same address without `.md`.
