— FAQ
Yes — it’s a real plan, not a trial. You get every feature with up to 15 active feature requests, for as long as you like. No credit card, no expiry, no surprise downgrade.
No. Anyone can submit ideas, vote, and comment on your public board without logging in. If you link to the board from your own app, you can pass a name and email in the URL and Featurevote recognises who’s talking — no SSO setup, no extra cost.
Any request that’s still open — meaning it hasn’t been marked done or declined. Once you ship something or decline it, it stops counting toward your plan’s limit.
Yearly only, on purpose: Growth is $9 per month billed as $108 a year (50 active requests), Pro is $29 per month billed as $348 a year (unlimited). There’s also an early-adopter Lifetime plan — everything in Pro for a single $239 payment. The product is the same on every plan; you pay for headroom. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Any time, from your account’s billing settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and your invoices live in the same place (the Stripe billing portal).
Yes, three ways: share your board’s link (yourcompany.featurevote.app), add a small button that opens it from any page, or embed the board inline. The button can slide the feedback form in over your page instead of navigating away, so nobody loses their place. Each is a single copy-paste — no build step, no developer required.
When you’ve shipped something, tick the completed features and Featurevote pre-fills a changelog draft from them. Tweak the wording if you like and publish — everyone who voted on those features is emailed automatically, along with your changelog subscribers.
Yes. The public board is available in English, Swedish, Spanish, and French, and each board has a language setting — pin one language or let it match the visitor’s browser automatically.
Yes — invite teammates to triage together: set statuses and merge duplicate ideas while keeping their votes. Staff can also log a request on behalf of a customer using their email, so that customer is notified automatically when it ships.
