Please take a moment to carefully read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”), which govern your use of our web pages and services operated under the domain https://featurevote.app and its subdomains (“Service”).
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
By creating an account on our Service, you consent to receive newsletters, marketing, and other communications. You can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting us at support@featurevote.app.

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis (“Billing Cycle”).
Unless cancelled by you or FeatureVote, your Subscription will renew automatically. You can cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.
You must provide accurate billing details, and by submitting them, you authorize FeatureVote to charge your selected payment method.
If automatic billing fails, an invoice will be sent with instructions for manual payment.
We may offer a free trials or free plans for new users. FeatureVote reserves the right to change or cancel free plans or trials at any time without notice.
We may update Subscription fees. You’ll be notified in advance so you can cancel if desired. Continued use of the Service after a fee change implies acceptance of the new fee.
Except where required by law, all Subscription payments are non-refundable.
You are responsible for any content you upload or share using the Service (“Content”).
By posting Content, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to share it. You grant FeatureVote a limited license to use, display, and distribute the Content within your workspace.
You retain full ownership of your Content. FeatureVote will not display your Content in other workspaces without your consent.
We reserve the right to monitor or remove Content that violates these Terms.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or:

You may not resell, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without our explicit written permission.
The Service is only for users aged 18 and older. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use of your account.
Usernames must not infringe on others’ rights or be offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at our discretion.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of FeatureVote and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms replace any previous agreements regarding use of the Service.
We may update or remove parts of the Service at any time without notice.
We may revise these Terms. When we do, we’ll notify users via the Service. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. If any term is found invalid, the rest of the Terms remain enforceable.
