— Use case · Known issues

A known issues page for your users and players.

People see the bugs you already know about and say me too instead of reporting them again. When one is fixed, anyone who left an email can hear from you.

— Reporting

How do people report a bug?

Turn on Known issues in your board settings, on any plan. People then pick an idea or a bug when they post, and before a new bug goes up they see the known ones that match.

Bugs that aren't fixed yet get their own tab on your Feedback Portal, and they stay off your roadmap.

— On the tab

What do people see?

Me too
Anyone with the same bug says so, and you see how many people it hits.
A workaround
Your note shows on the bug itself, so people find the workaround without asking.
A link to share
The tab has its own link. Share it in your Discord, your docs or a support reply.

— When it's fixed

What happens when a bug is fixed?

As you move a bug along, it reads Reported, Confirmed, Fixing and then Fixed. A fixed bug moves to Completed, and you can email the people who reported it or said me too, if they left an email.

— Pricing

What does it cost?

The free plan is permanent. People suggest and vote without limit, and you manage 15 active ideas and bugs at a time. Paid plans start at $9 a month, billed yearly. See pricing.

For an outage, a status page is the better fit.
