Try it before you move your board.

Bring a few requests into featurevote by hand. Try the board, roadmap and updates while your current tool keeps running.

There is no Canny or Featurebase board importer.

Check the fit first.

Use the requests and daily tasks you already know. A small sample should show what works and what’s missing.

Pick your sample
Choose five requests: an open one, a completed one, a duplicate, a private item and one with a long discussion. Keep the original export.
Try the daily work
Add the samples manually. Try moderation, assignment, statuses and a changelog. Use your own test addresses for notifications.
Check what must move
Compare authors, votes, comments, dates, attachments and privacy. Check old links too. Keep your current board until you know how to preserve what matters.

Start with five requests.

The free plan covers 15 active requests. Pricing is not based on voters or team seats. Growth is $12 monthly or $108 yearly.

What can I import?

Contact CSV import brings in contacts, not requests, votes or comments. There is no dedicated Canny or Featurebase feedback importer. Your old tool’s export does not guarantee a complete transfer.

Which features would I be leaving behind?

featurevote does not replace a help center, an autonomous support agent, native Linear or Jira sync, or revenue-based prioritization. Check any integrations your team relies on before moving.

What happens after 15 active requests?

On Free, newer requests cannot be opened or changed once the limit is exceeded. Make room or upgrade. Plans also differ in email recipient limits and sending from your own domain.

Need help assessing the move? Tell us which tool you use and what needs to carry over. A description is enough; keep private customer exports out of the contact form.
