WorkMirror.

Electronic mileage logs for company vehicles

Public voting board

WorkMirror logo

After their previous feedback tool went bankrupt — taking years of historical data with it — WorkMirror needed a way to weigh requests from many small customers against a few large accounts, without letting gut feeling decide the roadmap. Feedback now flows in from the in-app board, customer service, and sales reps logging requests on behalf of prospects.

Sometimes it’s not just the votes, but the comments that show a pattern.

Commentsell.

Social commerce for grocery stores & retailers

Lightweight tracker + feedback

Commentsell logo

Commentsell’s feedback arrives messy — screenshots, short notes, many languages. Instead of forcing customers through heavy tooling, Oskar runs ideas, bugs, and internal improvements on a single board that doubles as a lightweight task tracker: capture the messy input, convert it into structured work, move it to done, publish the changelog.

Most tools feel so complicated, this just works.

3D Fast Track.

Free game-art school, run from Discord

Community list

A Discord community of game artists that teaches industry skills for free. Their board — pinned in the server — decides what happens next: which guides get written, which designs go to the merch print run, which channels open. Members vote without making an account anywhere.

In my experience, a huge barrier of entry for participation is simply having to sign up, especially for smaller communities where mods/admins are trying to generate interest and support.
