From selected requests to an Instagram post.

  1. Choose the requests

    Select up to five public, active requests on your feature board. Open Share and choose Instagram.

  2. Make the post yours

    Edit the image title and caption introduction. Your board name is included, and you can add your existing board logo. Preview the image and caption together.

  3. Post to Instagram

    Publish from the editor to your connected account. The numbered requests and the instruction to comment a number are included for you.

Keep the votes next to the requests.

Counted Instagram votes are added to the matching requests on your board. Open Recent posts to see votes by request or finish a saved draft.

Recent comments are checked periodically. Use Check comments now in Recent posts to refresh counts while a post is still counting. You manage account connections in Settings.

A few things to know.

Which Instagram accounts can connect?
A professional Instagram account: Business or Creator. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.
How are comment votes counted?
A follower comments the number next to a request. Comments are checked for 30 days after the post is linked, with a limit of 1,000 recent comments per post. Valid votes go onto the matching requests; repeating a comment does not add another vote to the same request. Followers do not need a featurevote account.
Can I include our logo?
Yes. Your board name is always included, and you can choose to add your existing board logo. If the logo cannot be used, the name is still shown. The preview shows the branding before you publish.
Can I share a private or members-only board?
Instagram sharing requires a public board that is open for voting, without a Patreon or Discord membership gate. Private, archived, and completed requests cannot be included.
