— How it works

From options to a ranked list in four steps.

  1. Write the optionsAdd the items yourself. Let the team add ideas too, or keep the list to the ones you wrote.
  2. Post one linkShare it in Slack, Teams or an email. Set the board to Unlisted and it stays out of search results.
  3. People voteNo account and no invite. People vote for every item they support, and the list re-ranks as votes land.
  4. Show what you pickedMark the winners Planned or Done. The team sees what was picked, and you can email the voters who left an email.

— Before you share it

Who sees the list, and who sees the votes.

Who can open it
Anyone with the link. Set the board to Unlisted and it stays out of search results. There is no sign-in, so post the link where only your team reads.
Who has to sign in
Nobody. Teammates vote with one click, no account and no email. If you want an email first, the board has a Visitor email setting for that.
What the votes show
Everyone sees how many votes each item has. In your admin, a vote cast on the board shows a name or email only if that person typed one there.
Who can add items
You decide. Teammates can add items that show right away or wait for your approval, or only you add items.

— Questions, answered short

The short answers.

Do teammates need an account?

No. They open the link and tap to vote. No account, nothing to install, no invite to accept.

Are votes anonymous?

By default, yes. A vote needs no account and no email, and it shows as Anonymous in your admin. If someone has typed a name or email on the board, for example with a comment, their votes can show it. For an email on every vote, set Visitor email to "To vote, post and comment".

Can we keep it out of Google?

Yes. Set the board to Unlisted. Anyone with the link can still open it.

How do the votes count?

Each browser gets one vote per item, and people can back as many items as they like. The board opens on Trending, which gives recent votes more weight. Pick Most Voted to rank by the plain count.

Can we close voting?

There is no close button. The list stays open, and when the team has decided you mark the winners Planned or Done, so everyone sees what was picked.

Can people vote from Slack or Teams?

They open the link from Slack or Teams and vote in their browser, with nothing to install. If you connect Slack, new items and vote milestones can also post to a channel.

What does it cost?

The free plan is permanent, with no cap on voters, votes or the items people add. You manage 15 active items at a time, and items marked Done stop counting. Paid plans remove that limit.
