— Template · feature requests
featurevote has a free feature request form template. People describe their idea in one box, add a title or images if they want, and leave an email to hear back.
Each request lands on your board, where the next person who wants the same thing can vote on it instead of asking again.
Free plan, no credit card.

— The form
This is the form on a featurevote board for a product, in the order people see it.
— After someone sends it
A form tool saves each answer as a new row in a spreadsheet. Ten people who want the same thing make ten rows, and only your team sees them.
On a featurevote board the request goes on a list people can see and vote on. The next person who wants it adds a vote, so the list shows how many people want each thing. You mark it planned, in progress or completed, and people who left an email can hear when it ships.
The feature request tool page covers the rest, and the bug report form template shows the form for bugs.
— Sharing it
Share your board's link, or add one script tag to your site. The feedback bubble opens a card on this form, and a button you place yourself can open it too, so people stay on your page.
Already collecting requests with a form? Export the answers as a CSV file and import them onto your board. Names and email addresses stay behind, so the import emails nobody.
— Pricing
The free plan is permanent. People suggest and vote without limit, and you manage 15 active requests at a time. Paid plans remove that limit and start at $9 a month, billed yearly. See pricing.
For a long questionnaire with many fields, a form tool is the simpler fit.
