Some feedback is easier to show.

A bug that is hard to describe. A workflow that takes too many clicks. An idea that makes sense when you see it. Let people record their screen and talk you through it, right from your feedback board.

Included in every plan, including Free.

Illustration of the screen-recording controls.

From “something went wrong” to seeing it happen.

  1. 1

    Show what happened

Choose Record screen in a request or comment. Pick what to share in your browser and record up to two minutes. Add microphone audio if you want to explain as you go.

  2. 2

    Review before attaching

Stop and preview your recording. Keep it, record again, or discard it. The clip is only attached when you choose Attach recording.

  3. 3

Keep the conversation with the clip

Your team can watch the recording on the request and reply in the same thread. The explanation stays with the idea or bug as you work through it.

A few useful details.

Record or upload
Recording needs a browser that supports screen sharing. If it is unavailable, upload an MP4, WebM or MOV instead. Videos can be up to 25 MB.
Your board’s access settings
Videos follow the access settings of the board and request. Recordings on public requests can be watched by people who can view them. Review what is on screen before attaching.
Ideas, bugs and replies
Attach a clip to an idea or comment. Turn on Known issues to collect bug reports too. The recording guide walks through the controls.
