Featurevote plans, prices and limits
Featurevote is free with unlimited requests and votes from users; your team manages 15 active requests at a time. Paid plans from $9 a month, billed yearly.
Featurevote is free to start, with no credit card. On every plan your users post and vote without limit. What changes between plans is how many requests your team works on at a time, how many people one email can go to, and whether your emails can go out from your own domain.
The plans
| Free | Growth | Pro | Lifetime | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $9 a month billed yearly ($108), or $12 monthly | $29 a month billed yearly ($348), or $35 monthly | $239, paid once |
| Requests and votes from your users | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Active requests your team manages | 15 at a time | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| People one email can go to | 50 | 500 | 1,000 | 1,000 |
| Emails from your own domain | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Every plan has all core features: the public board, voting without an account, the roadmap, changelogs, surveys, the Feedback Inbox, and the integrations with Slack, Patreon, Discord and AI clients over MCP. Prices are in US dollars, and payments go through Stripe. The Featurevote branding stays on the board on every plan.
What counts as an active request
A request is active until it is marked Done or Not planned. That includes requests waiting for your approval, and archived ones that were never closed. Once you ship a request or mark it not planned, it stops counting toward the 15.
What happens past 15 on the free plan
Your board keeps working for your users. Visitors can still post, and every request keeps collecting votes.
The limit is on your team's side. Past 15 active requests:
- On your Feature Board, a notice says the limit is reached, with an Upgrade button. The newest requests over the limit are greyed out, and you can't open or change them.
- Your team can't add new requests: not by hand, not from the Feedback Inbox, not as starter requests, not through an AI client, and not from Discord. Your community members can still add requests from Discord, like any visitor.
Close requests (mark them Done or Not planned) until you are back under 15, or upgrade to manage them all.
Email limits
The email limit is how many people one email can go to. It counts for changelog emails, for the email telling voters their request shipped, and for notification emails to your team. If the list is bigger than your plan allows, no email is sent. For a changelog, the publish screen tells you before you publish. See Email Notifications for the details.
Changing or cancelling a plan
Change or cancel any time from your account's billing settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and your invoices are in the same place.
See the pricing page for the full comparison.
